Creating a new loft hatch with more access room along with a integrated ladder. Also patched in the old loft hatch ready for paint.

Here is a garage conversion bathroom we completed recently.

We built a room and insulated the floor, walls and roof which was approved by building control.

We then created this lovely spacious bathroom.

New fence and gates fitted this week, we return in a couple of weeks to fit a bespoke Post box and house sign.

It’s little jobs like this that can be a bit more involved that perhaps they look but sure make a difference.

1 leaking tape sorted
Door bars installed
Also trimmed down 5 internal oak doors so they can open and shut properly.
