Cool Cats Air Conditioning Services Ltd is expanding fast and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our growing team, supporting installations, ventilation upgrades, AHU servicing and nationwide PPM contracts across the UK.

🔧 THE ROLE
A technically diverse, hands-on position working across domestic, commercial and public-sector environments, covering:
✅ Heating & ASHPs
• Installation, commissioning & servicing of air source heat pumps
• Fault diagnosis across hydraulic, electrical & control systems
• System flushing, balancing, commissioning & client handover
✅ Ventilation
• MVHR, MEV, dMEV, HRUs & commercial extract systems
• Ductwork installation, airflow balancing & Part F compliance
• PPM servicing, diagnostics & acoustic-sensitive installations
✅ Air Conditioning
• Split, multi-split, ducted, cassette & VRF/VRV systems
• Full F-Gas compliance, diagnostics & commissioning
• TM44 exposure and PPM servicing
✅ Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Servicing & maintenance of commercial AHUs
• Filters, motors, belts, EC drives, coils & dampers
• SFG20-aligned PPMs, fault finding & refurbishment works
✅ Admin, Compliance & Team Support
• Digital job reporting & asset records
• Supporting tenders, procedures & method statements
• Mentoring apprentices & junior engineers

👷 ABOUT YOU
Essential
✔ Minimum 2 years proven HVAC experience
✔ F-Gas Category 1
✔ ECS / CSCS / Skills Card
✔ NVQ Level 2 minimum (Level 3 desirable)
✔ Clean UK driving licence
✔ Valid DBS
✔ Right to Work in the UK

Desirable
⭐ Experience with Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Samsung, LG, Panasonic or Fujitsu
⭐ SFG20 & commercial HVAC exposure

We’re thrilled to share one of our favourite recent projects at Cool Cats Air Conditioning Services Ltd — keeping vulnerable animals safe and comfortable during hot weather!

Our team partnered with Samsung UK Climate Solutions to deliver an energy-efficient, reliable air conditioning solution for this fantastic small animal rescue centre, home to dozens of hedgehogs and other critters in need.

High temperatures can be life-threatening for these spiky little friends. With Samsung’s advanced climate technology, we were able to create a stable, cool environment to support their health and well-being all year round.
