At Airos Construction, we specialise
in high-end residential and commercial projects across the New Forest. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer / Driver to join our team.

🔨 The Role Includes:
✔ General labouring duties
✔ Mixing materials
✔ Loading & unloading deliveries
✔ Assisting skilled tradespeople
✔ Keeping sites clean and safe
✔ Supporting daily site operations

✅ What You’ll Need:
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Previous construction/site experience
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well within a team

🚗 Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Another key stage completed on this project 👷‍♂️

The structural steel is now fully installed, providing essential support throughout the property. Everything has been carefully fitted and secured to ensure the space remains safe and stable as work progresses.

With the steelwork in place, we’ve now moved onto the plastering stage — starting to shape the internal finish and bring the space one step closer to completion.

Big progress on one of our sites this week 🔨

We’ve completed the structural prep ready for the installation of a new sliding patio door.
The existing wall has been carefully opened up with full support in place to ensure everything remains safe and secure while we work.

Next step: fitting the new doors to bring in more natural light and create a seamless connection to the garden 🪏🪴🪏

This one was in need of some TLC, so we carefully repaired and restored the sash to get it looking and performing as it should again. From prep work in the workshop to the final finish, it’s all about attention to detail and doing the job right.

A great example of how repairs can save and refresh existing features instead of replacing them 👌
