Another major milestone reached on site this week. With the cut roof now complete, we moved straight on to getting the property fully in the dry. The roof is already felted and counter-battened, with slate battens next on the agenda as the build continues to gather pace.

Even more exciting, the oak frame has arrived on site and is ready for us to install next week. A stunning feature of the project, and we can’t wait to see it take shape. Progress is really accelerating now!

Bear with us, it’s a lengthy one, but we thank you all for following along with our builds! 

What began with the demolition of a tired, inefficient home evolved into a vision: to create a modern, sustainable residence built to be enjoyed for generations.

This video captures only a small glimpse of the extraordinary amount of craftsmanship, dedication, and sheer hard work that went into bringing this Patrick Ahearn inspired New England style Nudura ICF home to life.

Every detail was executed with precision.
Every decision was made with purpose.
This home wasn’t simply built it was crafted to be the absolute best.

We couldn’t be more proud to have delivered this sustainable masterpiece for our client. It has been a privilege to build a home of this calibre.

POUR DAY!!!
First floor wall pour! Not a drop spilt.
Thank you to Duraform concrete pumping for the use of your pump!

First floor done! 1 day to build the walls and prop. The second day was spent fitting windows closers and brackets. Thrid day we installed the steel reinforcement. All ready for another concrete pour.

Here we go!! The first floor wall construction! After we installed the joists, temporary stairs and flooring we quickly got back to building the . You’ll see from some pictures I’ll post later the speed this progress. 1 floor in a day was the target!
