This project was a complete strip out, taken right back to the brickwork and floor joists before being transformed into a modern, stylish bathroom.

✅ Moisture-resistant plasterboard fitted throughout.
✅ Ceiling skimmed and walls plastered by our plaster.
✅ New 18mm plywood subfloor installed.
✅ New stud wall and decorative panelling completed by our joiner
✅ New downlights and extractor fan fitted by our electrician.
✅ Bath and shower area professionally tiled by our tiler.
✅ All waste materials removed and the property left clean and tidy for the customer.

💧 Recent Project Completed in Sutton, Macclesfield 💧

We’ve recently transformed an unused space under the stairs into a stylish new downstairs toilet 🚽✨

Working alongside our joiner, this area has been completely reimagined and is now ready for the customer to install their suite when they’re ready.

As part of the project, we also:
🔹 Installed a sleek sliding pocket door into the kitchen.
🔹 Fitted two modern white column radiators.
🔹 Completed full plastering in the new toilet and around the pocket door (great job by our plasterer 👏).

Another clean, practical upgrade that makes a big difference to the home!

We’ve recently fitted a brand new Ideal Vogue Max boiler in Tytherington, Macclesfield 🔥

The previous boiler had been condemned, posing a serious safety risk ⚠️ After inheriting the system through a house purchase, the customers discovered it hadn’t been touched in 19 years…

🔥 We’ve been super busy recently, but here’s one of our February installs! 🔥

✅ Ideal Vogue Max system boiler installed with an incredible 12-year parts & labour guarantee, replacing a Vaillant boiler that AL Plumbing & Heating originally installed 14 years ago – proof that quality installation stands the test of time.

⚡ Our electrician also installed a smart Hive heating & hot water thermostat, allowing the customer to control their heating and hot water straight from their phone.

🧼 The system was fully flushed, inhibitor added to protect the new boiler.
All waste was removed – leaving a clean and tidy garage area once the job was complete.

🚿✨ Bathroom Refresh Completed in Tytherington! ✨🚿

Another transformation completed by the team at AL Plumbing & Heating in Tytherington, near Macclesfield. This one was extra special as it was for a family member who’s been patiently waiting since last summer! ☀️

🔨 We removed:
• Old toilet
• Basin
• Radiator
• Electric shower unit
• Vinyl flooring

🚽 We replaced the old suite with a modern, sleek toilet, stylish vanity unit and new radiator to completely refresh the space.

🚿 The existing shower area was already a modern setup, so we kept the original shower enclosure in place while installing a brand new electric shower unit to upgrade performance and reliability, giving the best of both worlds.

🪚 Our joiner did a fantastic job installing waterproof click flooring, along with a solid marine plywood subfloor to ensure a strong, long lasting finish.

💧 Due to the traditional hot water and heating system in this barn, we used modern pipe freezing technology to safely replace the pipework — avoiding unnecessary draining and disruption.

🎨 The customers trusted decorator will make all the walls good again, keeping the original plaster and wooden beams a feature.

🧹 As always, we:
• Protected original carpets with thick removal dust sheets.
• Removed all rubbish.
• Hoovered throughout before leaving.

Clean, tidy and finished to a high standard. Just how we like it!

We recently installed a brand-new Grant Vortex Pro XS 26 Combi Boiler complete with a 10-year parts & labour guarantee for our customer.🔥

The previous boiler had been condemned by another company —after our customer had already spent over £1,000 attempting repairs.😢

After contacting us, we carried out a full assessment and recommended a complete system upgrade to ensure reliability, efficiency, and peace of mind.

🔄 Full System Transformation-
We removed the outdated gravity-fed system and installed the new Grant combi boiler, providing:

4.9 EXPANSION VESSEL
The Combi XS 26 model is supplied with a separate 24 litre
expansion vessel (and mounting bracket), to be fitted in a
convenient position externally to the boiler casing.
The vessel is supplied with an 800mm flexible hose with a ½”
BSP male thread.
Using a suitable fitting (not supplied), this vessel must be
connected to the heating system, via the flexible hose, in a
convenient position where it can be readily accessed for servicing .

We also added the strap banding for extra security of the expansion vessel 💧

For the vertical flue installation, our trusted roofer joined us to ensure a professional finish at roof level. It’s great for us as installers — and even better for the customer knowing the job’s been completed properly from top to bottom. 🏠
