Out with the old & in with the new!

Client required a small change to her bathroom to ensure it stayed practical. The perfect solution was a non-slip tray with aqua wall panelling all round - easy to use & easy to clean.

This weeks refurbishment completion for all to see! Customer is over the moon with the end result as it gives the property a well needed uplift.

- Complete rip out of old downstairs bathroom.
- Room boarded, plastered & painted
- New back to wall Pan & cloakroom basin
- finished in White sparkle splash back.

- New pre-finished Solid Oak Holdenby oak doors finished with brushed chrome handles & locks.

Back with another Transformation Tuesdays!!

This time we have bespoke purpose built wardrobes with storage space along the bottom area. Finished in Dove Grey shaker style doors, Chrome k***s interior and shelving in gloss melamine MDF Board.

We also covered the downstairs boiler & electric box to hide all those pipes and wires!

⭐️⭐️ Another amazing before & after transformation of a ground floor Kitchen & Dining area in Hazel Grove ⭐️⭐️

External works included the following;
- Removal of rear porch
- Removed old style doors & window frames.
- Replaced with brand new Upvc windows & French doors.
- Side window bricked up and sealed.
- Old Front door removed and replaced with a new composite front door (selected & spec’d by the client)

Internal works undertaken were as follows;
- Old kitchen & stud wall removed to create the customers open plan kitchen.
- Ground floor chimney stack dropped to allow for additional space in the dining area.
- RSJ’s installed to comply with building regs
- All walls stripped back to brick, primed, dry-lined & skimmed, assisted by Macca Elphee
- Ceiling lowered as per clients request to cover new steel supports
- Rooms decorated throughout
- Herringbone style laminate flooring layed throughout the downstairs
- Howdens kitchen installed. Oak cupboards & based units finished with handleless clerkenwell super-Matt Charcoal doors.
- 40mm square edged Ice white concrete work surfaces & splash-backs installed to give the kitchen a ultra modern finish.
- All electrics done by MCR Electrical
- Black vertical designer radiators hung within the dining room area
- Primed torus MDF skirting board & Architrave fitted throughout the downstairs.
- Downstairs updated with primed Holdenby matt white doors supplied by Howdens
