And we are off... Our next project is drilling in Nottingham for irrigation purposes. Drilling with 8 inch Robit system for a possible total depth of 150m. This borehole will be completed with a specified pump for the project to be able to deliver the correct quantity of water for the irrigation purposes. Finished with a raw water analysis to observe the quality of the water.

Finishing off another week drilling!
Cutting through sandstone and mudstone, drilling to a 90m depth to give this customer a reliable source.

With a borehole, you are able to abstract up to 20,000L of water per day, or if you need more water no problem… we can help you through an abstract license.

Finishing the first week of our big install in Congleton.
We have removed the old treatment and installing a new 3 cube an hour system.
We have Pre filtration for turbidity, iron,manganese and hardness. All of these pre RO so the membranes don’t foul.

The RO unit is removing colour and aluminium with post RO pH correction to large storage tank and UV disinfection.

All of this was system was spec’d using the results from the customers raw water analysis.

Did you know we manufacture, supply and install our own SS Ultra violet filtration range, including a control system which will automatically shut off a supply if there is any sign of contamination in the supply. Although an inconvenience at times, its a great system to have in place especially within a commercial setting for you to know you have a safe source of water.

Systems come in all shapes and sizes depending on your demand from your supply, however for this customer the old grey pump and pressure vessel was taking up space in their filtration cupboard. We were able to replace with a DAB Esybox Mini booster pump which is fantastic for space saving and gets the job done!
