Around 100m of fencing completed around the boundary of this property in different phases.

• 100x100mm posts set in 3ft of concrete.
• 95x45mm rails
• 150x25mm overlapped boards
• 50x 25mm capping
All in treated timber.

Great way of adding privacy to the property and keeping mr 🦡 out!

A mid week job completion 👌🏼
Just finished this job that started out as pretty much a blank canvas.
It started out as four external walls and nothing more than that.!

The job consisted of:
- 3x Velux windows installed
- New stairs
- Studs on all external walls
- completely insulated throughout walls and ceiling.
- internal partitions formed to incorporate 2 large bedrooms with walk wardrobes and a valuable 2nd bathroom to the property
- All plaster-boarded and skimmed throughout
- New fire escape windows installed for regulations. And secondary glazing where needed.
- Oak fire doors and softwood skirtings and architraves etc
- removable wardrobe shelving and storage
- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and electrics

Now all handed over to the customer to be decorated. 😉

☀️ Sun is shining this morning so perfect opportunity to finally get some photos of this old Railway building thats been brought back to life.

As you can see from the photos its was just saved in time.
The would roof was re done, retaining some of the original local slates. New opening created for the windows and doors.

New purpose made doors and windows throughout.
New facia and barge boards with cast guttering to keep the period look.
Our client went as far as researching for the original colour, and was painted back to how it used to be. Its all in the detail 👌🏼
Pointing was partly re done to try and keep the original character of the building.

Pleased with the out come of this one 👍🏻
