Site Progress Update | Holywood, Co. Down🏡

It’s been another productive week across two of Setanta Construction’s new build sites, located in the beautiful hills of Holywood, Co. Down.

The first, a contemporary bespoke home, that's progressing exceptionally well with internal plastering nearing completion ahead of the final fixtures and fittings. Combining modern style with excellent thermal performance and energy efficiency; the striking cantilever design, expansive glazing and architectural detailing are beginning to showcase what will be a truly spectacular home.

Nearby at our latest site, foundations have been completed and the concrete floor slabs are now being installed. This exciting project will provide a beautifully designed large annex to an established home, creating additional living space that blends seamlessly with the existing property while enhancing both its functionality and value.

Thanks to our dedicated team, subcontractors and suppliers for their continued hard work and commitment 🙌
