Another milestone reached at Oakleaf Modular

Production continues to progress on one of our major bathroom pod programmes, with 334 of 3,339 pods now through production – taking us past the 10% milestone.

And the progress isn't limited to the factory!

On site, 44 of the 98 bathroom pods for Block One have now been installed, bringing Block One close to the halfway point 👏

From manufacture at our Oakleaf Modular facility through to delivery and installation on site, these images show the journey taking shape.

A strong end to August and plenty more to come in September!

🏆 Shortlisted for the GRAHAM Supply Chain Awards 2026

We’re delighted to announce that Oakleaf Group has been shortlisted for the GRAHAM Supply Chain Awards 2026, in the Excellence Through Collaboration & Delivery category.

Following our success in winning this category at last year’s inaugural awards, being shortlisted again is a fantastic achievement for our team and a real reflection of the strong partnership we have built with GRAHAM Group.

The award recognises the collaboration, consistency and commitment demonstrated across GRAHAM’s supply chain, and we’re proud to once again be recognised alongside some of the industry’s leading businesses.

We’re looking forward to joining GRAHAM and fellow shortlisted partners at the awards ceremony in Belfast on 12th November 2026.

We're proud to reveal our involvement in one of the UK's most significant student accommodation developments.

Following the official announcement of the £530 million The University of Manchester Fallowfield redevelopment, we can now share that Oakleaf Modular is delivering the bathroom pod package for this landmark scheme.

Delivered by GRAHAM Group and its partners, the development will provide 3,300 new student bedrooms and is targeting Passivhaus certification, setting a new benchmark for sustainable student accommodation and making it one of the largest Passivhaus student living developments in Europe.

Our precision-engineered bathroom pods are being manufactured offsite in a controlled factory environment, supporting the high levels of quality, consistency and efficiency required to help deliver a project of this scale and ambition.

We're incredibly proud to be contributing to a development that is helping shape the future of sustainable construction, and we look forward to continuing our work alongside Graham and the wider project team as this exciting project progresses.

𝐀 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐚𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫.

July has been a landmark month for Oakleaf Modular, marking the departure of our very first bathroom pod delivery and the commencement of our first live project.

Just two months after launching, we're proud to be delivering bathroom pods for one of the largest schemes of its kind ever undertaken in the UK. While we're unable to share the project details just yet, we look forward to revealing more in the coming weeks.

For our team, this is more than just a first delivery. It reflects months of planning, investment and collaboration to establish our manufacturing capability and bring together an experienced team with the expertise to deliver high-quality offsite solutions at scale.

As we continue to grow, we're committed to helping clients build smarter through innovative, high-quality modular bathroom pod solutions that improve quality, efficiency and programme certainty.

Here's to many more deliveries, successful projects and exciting milestones ahead.
