We used the full Vuba system which included:
-removing existing surface (paving slabs)
- VubaMac base coat
- SRM structural mesh
- Chrystler by Vuba for the top coat
- Blue lagoon for the step faces
- the logo at front door

The next generation of R&R Speirs Contracts Ltd. Giving a talk in a local secondary school about the importance of women in the workplace 💪🏼

🚧Challenging Gender Stereotypes in Careers

On Wednesday 20th May the Careers Deparment welcomed Stacey Speirs into Year 10 Careers to speak to students about her hands on role in her family’s business R and R Speirs Contracts Ltd where she works in the area of grounds work.
Stacey is currently working on the final stages of the groundwork on our new school build. Stacey gave a very informative talk to 10NOC and stressed the importance of females not being limited in their choice of career pathway and that female representation in industries such as Construction/Ground works is growing and providing many opportunities for girls.

Many thanks to Stacey for taking time out of her busy schedule to talk to our students and in providing valuable advice to be considered when choosing their Career Pathways.
