🔥 Bathroom Refurb – Randalstown 🔥

Apologies for the lack of posts lately. I’ve been kept busy with various jobs and to be honest, I haven’t been great at taking photos along the way! 📸

Here’s one we recently completed in Randalstown.

This was a small bathroom with tight space, but we managed to make good use of what was available and get everything fitted in nicely. 👌

The bathroom was completely stripped out and refurbished, including:

🧱 Full wall panelling
⬆️ New ceiling
🛁 New bath and shower screen
🚿 New shower installed
🚽 New toilet
🚰 New vanity unit and basin
🔥 New radiator installed and piped from scratch
🖤 New flooring
✨ New fittings throughout

A good transformation from the original bathroom.

🔧 Vented Indirect Cylinder Replacement – Glarryford 🔧
Emergency call-out for a customer whose old vented indirect cylinder had burst, causing water to leak through the ceiling below and resulting in damage and a lot of stress for the homeowner 💧🏠
🚨 On arrival, the priority was to drain down the failed cylinder and stop any further water damage.
✅ Old cylinder removed
✅ New, more efficient vented indirect cylinder installed
✅ System reconnected and tested
✅ Old Willis heater disconnected, cable removed and left safe as requested by the customer
✅ Hot water restored and system back up and running
A great upgrade from the old leaking cylinder, giving the customer peace of mind and a reliable hot water system once again 👍

🚿 Another accessible bathroom completed ✔️

This project was designed around the client’s specific requirements, creating a safe, modern and practical space while keeping a clean finish throughout ✨

🔧 Works included:
• Shower tray former fitted to allow for fully lino flooring
• Electric shower installation 🚿
• Wall hung vanity unit and basin fitted
• Towel rail fitted and piped 🔥
• DDA style toilet installed 🚽
• Grab rails positioned to the client’s requested layout.

Really pleased with how this one turned out 👌

A bright, spacious and easy-access bathroom built to suit the customer’s needs perfectly.

Bit tight for space on this one, but got a great result 👇

🔧 Old bath removed – floor underneath was rotten so replaced and strengthened
🔧 New bath & bath panel fitted
🔧 Wall hung vanity unit with basin & taps
🔧 New electric shower installed
Everything now solid, tidy and working as it should 👌

🚿 Leaky Shower Sorted – Magherafelt 🚿

Out to this one with a leaking electric shower

Water getting inside the unit causing issues (as you can see in the photos 👇)
