Sometimes I find myself deep in thought…….. 🤔
Especially when confined to another lonely loft, or under stairs cupboard installation ……
Local isolation for electrical points - its very useful for future maintenance and a standard practice for myself and most installers. ✔️
However! does local isolation need to be
- A cluster of switches? making your bathroom entrance look like the entrance to the milenium falcon, Or….
- Hidden away in your kitchen cupboards? making maintenance easy…. Once you’ve battled your way through the army of Tupperware containers, that stand to test even the most skilled Jenga enthusiast?.
A happy medium I would suggest?
Out of site, but not out of mind?
Functional, useful?.
I know ….. I’m still contemplating the positioning of switches……
But not only this. I am trying to improve on workmanship, questioning if something can be made better, striving for more.
To some, it’s just local isolation in a loft…
To some it’s attention to detail…
