Back again on our ongoing North London project as works continue to progress through the next phase.
Our team has returned to extend and adapt the existing scaffold, ensuring continued safe access for the contractors as the scope of works develops. With a live site like this, flexibility is key — allowing different trades to move through the building safely while keeping the programme on track.
As always, health and safety remains a priority, with secure platforms and clear access routes maintained across all active areas of the project.

Back to our ongoing project in Rochester for an additional variation

This time, we were asked to provide safe access around the stack to allow for inspection and necessary repair works.

The scaffold was designed and erected in accordance with TG20 guidance, with a quick turnaround from request to installation — all completed within just a few days to keep the project moving without delay.

Our furthest job yet — and one of the most last-minute!

We received a call at 4:30pm on Friday from a company who had been let down with their work in the northern area and urgently needed a scaffolding team to step in.

By 8am Monday morning, the A&D Scaffolding team were in Birmingham and getting the scaffold erected.

It meant some quick organisation behind the scenes, but when a client is up against it, we’ll always do what we can to help. Getting there first thing Monday meant their works could continue with minimal disruption and their programme could keep moving.

✔️ Short-notice mobilisation
✔️ Safe access provided and works kept moving

Work continues to progress on our ongoing North London project, with another phase of scaffold now completed and handed over to the contractors.
This section provides continued safe access for ongoing repair and maintenance works across the property, supporting multiple trades as the job develops. As the project evolves, the scaffold is being adapted and extended to match site requirements, ensuring safe movement and efficient working areas at all times.
Close coordination on site has been key, helping keep the programme moving while maintaining strong health and safety standards throughout.

First phase complete for a new client, with the first block now finished and handed over 👌
We’ve hit the ground running on this project, completing the first phase ahead of schedule while keeping everything safe, organised and on programme throughout.
We’ve now got a few weeks before the next phase gets underway, and we’re looking forward to getting back on site and keeping the momentum going 💪

Every scaffold tie is installed correctly and our ties are pull tested across our projects. While the standard testing regime commonly requires 5% of ties to be tested, at A&D we go further and test 10%.

Why? Because that extra level of checking gives peace of mind to us, our clients and everyone working from the scaffold.

Testing is carried out using our Big Ben pull tester, which is professionally calibrated annually to ensure accurate results and continued compliance.
