Nice local 4 metre extension recently completed in Maldon. I was asked to build this extension for great new customers wanting to add some extra space. I dug the foundations, dug a soak away, built the shell and knocked through and installed RSJ steels including a corner post. The customers had there own contacts to install the roof, windows, electrical work and plumbing. All the work was inspected and passed by building control through stages. Overall amazing results and very happy customers. 👍👌🪛⛏️🔨🪜🔧

Another great job for returning customers in Maldon. I was asked to rip out the old 1980s kitchen, remove a dividing wall (added a steel beam), bricked up the side door, lowered and increased heights of windows, removed brickwork from the dining room window to create a new opening for French doors, I altered the plumbing to reposition radiators. Plastering was carried out where needed Clarks plastering. The original brickwork was laid using a red mortar mix so I managed to match it perfectly and matched new bricks for the door way. CN electrical rewired both rooms and had to move and install a new larger fuse box to accommodate the new kitchen appliances and added new spot lights throughout. My carpenter fitted the kitchen to a very high standard (didn’t manage to get pictures of the completed kitchen unfortunately). Customers were very happy with the project as this was the last on the list since moving in a couple of years ago. 🪛🧱🔧🔨🪚🥽👍👌👌

Great job for new customers late last year. I was asked to renovate this property’s whole ground floor which included knocking a wall out, filling in a through lounge, blocking up a door way and window, removing an outdated stone fireplace, fitted a new kitchen and utility room, added a new downstairs shower room, new electrics (CN electrical) fully plastered (Clark’s plastering). I also altered the ground floor plumbing ready for underfloor heating carried out by Multipipe LTD, then a flow screed company laid a fast curing screed throughout the entire ground floor, leaving it completely flat and level. All finished just in time for Christmas. Great job for very happy new customers. 👍👌🪛🔨🪚🧱🥽🔧

Another great recommended job completed in Gidea Park. I was asked to restore a very badly repaired garden wall that was bodged terribly and unfinished after some movement, unfortunately the cowboys took all the money and never returned. I removed the bad render, half soldier bricks, and creasing tiles and laid new tiles, rendered properly and new bricks all round to match, also repaired some small cracks in other areas and replaced coping caps on the piers. Very happy and relieved customers after over a year of looking at a complete mess of a job. 🧱🔨🪚🪛👍👌

Nice very small job in Maldon. I was contacted by a local company after one of their vans accidentally hit a garden wall, I was able to squeeze it in and got the job done. Very happy customers 🧱🔨👍👌

Another great job for regular customers. I was asked to raise an area of patio and reshape it into a curve with a low retaining wall, I smooth rendered the wall and laid a mix of new and old Indian sandstone slabs. Also laid a new separate patio over rough concrete making the area much nicer. Very happy regular customers 👍👌🔨🪛🥽🪚🧱
