The Yorkshire Hive is a new free-admission shopping, dining and entertainment destination located at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Doncaster. G3 successfully completed internal fit out works, a challenging and interesting project due to the hexagonal structure of the buildings.

The new Hex Hotel at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park opened in March following completion of the first phase of construction. G3 carried out internal fit out works and are currently progressing on site with phase 2.

Enabling works are progressing well at The Gatehouse on Southwark Bridge Road. We have removed 3 ground floor properties and completed structural repairs in the basement of the building piling and underpinning. We then formed 3 new ground floor properties.

Another project completed by G3 Construction and handed over to the client, St Agnes Place in Kennington, London.

The project was a conversion of Housing Association offices into a 3 bed apartment. Total refurbishment throughout the property including reconfiguring of existing rooms to create a living space that meets Building regulation requirements.

We created two new two-bedroom apartments over 2 floors over shop units in King’s Road, Chelsea. This involved the removal of structural walls and the use of structural steels. We also created a new one-bedroom apartment at the rear end of the building.

We've got that so why not showcase some projects to end the week on a high note? 👀

Summer Lodge Hotel needed a large extension to the courtyard area of the hotel. We also constructed a very large, wooden summer house, which enclosed the existing swimming pool. It was essential that all the works carried out were in keeping with the country-house surroundings.
