Charge pipe split plastic welded and fixed
System bled back together back in time for tuesday!

Most of the body interior has been stripped doors removed and we have began to cut the old floor out well whats left of it 🙈👌💥

alot of heating and bending to get the floor lip back.

Flitches removed/side pillar plates cut ✅️
Sides pulled in and checked door clearance ✅️
Floor plate cut 7ft×10inch to reinforce ✅️
New pillar supports cut and welded✅️
New flitches cut to fit and welded and cover plates both sides✅️
Door catches and hinges amended to suit ✅️

We pulled the sides in and extra inch so the doors where just touching enough to open and close as we have done this process many of times and there will always be a bit of give.

Door catches tight doors back as they should happy customer trailer back in action 💥✅️
