Full refurb of a large flat in Wythenshaw for a property developer. The flat was in a state of disrepair and was tasked with getting this ready for sale in a short period of time. Although the budget for this didn’t allow for high end fittings and fixtures; the standard of finish and precision remains high quality. All managed ahead of schedule ready to hand over to their plumber.

Fun few weeks at the full refurb going on in Sale.
Customer moved out for two weeks so we could get stuck in.
Full rewire, full plumbing overhaul, plastering 5 rooms, decorating the living room and two bedrooms in time for them to move back in. Thanks to everyone involved to get it all done so smoothly.

Lots more to be done at this house. Very exciting and definitely going to be an amazing home.
