Moving quickly on the homeless facility!

Onto the 2nd lift this week 🧱

2nd lift Scaffold being lifted thanks to Connolly Scaffolding Ltd - big help 💪🏻💪🏻

I beams have been delivered and are being fitted tomorrow for the lower ground floor now the internal scaffold has been removed and out of the way.

1st floor block and beam fitted last week and the ground floor steels ready for joists to go in 🏗️

3 weeks and we will ready for the roof! 🔨

6 weeks and we will be ready for internal works 🤩

Just came across these old photos of the kitchen area and it’s a really nice transformation!

Double extension added to the side and opened it all up for a much larger kitchen space

Added the bi folding doors to the rear opening onto the composite decking area

Phase 1 is moving quickly!

Scaffolds up - roof is being stripped from today ready for new roof when the extensions are built up

Most of the internal modifications are done and we will see some big progress these next few weeks with the front and side double extensions being built up and steels installed

Eyes pealed on this project - it’s going to be a special one!
