Our last damp proofing call out job / suspended floor repairs is well under way!

Half the lounges floor joists needed replacing

Pipe work needed re routing

And the damp wall has been removed, let breath an dry out with a slurry coat…

Seems the building edge cement has cracked and slowly allowed water to seep in causing some serious damage…

New joists needed, flooring etc and unfortunately due to the meter readings taken the external facing wall needs treating!

We will get this sorted swiftly for our client
