This customer had recently bought the property and noticed they were getting damp through the sand / cement render.
Firstly we did a burn test on the existing render to ensure we could go over it. Next we channeled out a crack then filled it before a fully meshed base coat using VPI'S renopass inter. Finally a new coat finished in blanc ecru 👍

Heres another render removal and three stage VPI monocouche system on this Knutsford property. The customer contacted us with some damp issues on the gable. On inspection we found that the sand/cement render was blown with trapped moisture. We now have a damp free home with a whole new look. Finished in blanc ecru and backed with a ten year VPI product warranty another happy customer.

Is your render looking old and tired??? Ever thought of giving it a new lease of life???

This was a k-Rend job that was applied about 8 years ago. The customer contacted us to see if it could be freshened up rather than rendering again.
We carried out a few minor repairs then applied two coats of VPI espint. This is a pre coloured fully breathable paint specifically designed for render.
Finally we fitted a new sill to avoid those nasty water run off marks in the future.
What a difference and at a fraction of the cost of new render.
