🚨Emergency at one of our neighbours’ house. Turned out pipe was damaged by floorboard being screwed down few years ago 😱 but how it did hold for so loong 🤷‍♂️

🛀🏾Bathroom refurb project we completed before Christmas. New floorboards, fully wet paneled, false ceiling with 💡spotlights and fan, the pottery chose by the client.

Today’s findings. Service on Worcester combi boiler showed around electrodes large amount of CO escaping. New seal and new electrodes fitted. Clean to heat exchanger, baffles and condense trap. Also on a same job fitted new vanity unit with new taps.
