Another Project Completed In Wigan 🔥

We recently carried out fire protection works within a plant room, including the removal of the existing ceiling and installation of new 60-minute fire-rated plasterboard.

Latest Completed Project.

This project involved the Subdivision and transformation of a large, vacant retail unit located on a prominent high street in Southport. The existing space was stripped out and re-modelled to create a new, self-contained retail unit, which is being let to national occupier, Greggs!

Scopes of works included:

•Former tenant’s rubbish & belongings removed
•Removal of existing partition walls
•Stripped out suspended ceiling system
•Floor coverings & existing ducting removed
•New Internal drainage
•New incoming water and electric feed into the tenancy area
•60 minute fire rated partitions installed
•Removal of existing signage fascia and window vinyl
•Up lift and reinstatement of granite set pavers
•Connection of new drain line into the existing sewer line using a saddle connection.
