Heat Recovery Ventilation, recent supply & installation

Refrigerant evacuation is the removal of moisture, air and non-condensable gases from a refrigeration / air conditioning system. During this process, a vacuum pump is used to draw the sealed HVAC system into a vacuum. This removes air, nitrogen and moisture from the unit.

This is the 2nd stage in the commissioning process, with the 1st being to pressure test to confirm the system is leak free.

Out with the old - in with the new!

Replacement of indoor and outdoor AC units.

A planned maintenance regime is essential..

Very often expensive and advanced AC systems are neglected, which can lead to expensive failures and increased running costs. Worse yet - system end of life can come round faster than expected!

Successful days work today in Leicester - 4no. Split Air Conditioning systems - installation and commissioning accomplished within the day, to serve temporary modular office space.

One Dental - Another healthcare ventilation project complete, HRV system supply & extract to 3no. surgery rooms on the ground floor. And 4no. Extract fans to the rooms on the 1st floor to assist with air movement.

As there aren't any windows or existing ventilation on the Ground floor, the HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation) systems fit in perfect to meet with the new healthcare requirements.

Rochdale - Kirkholt Dental. HRV System install complete, balancing of supply and extract air changes throughout 3no. Surgery rooms to achieve 9 air changes per hour.

Work carried out 'out-of-hours' to minimise disruption to their business, as always, not a trace left behind.

Installation complete at Manchester Dental.
4no. Surgery rooms with Heat Recovery Ventilation- supply and extract balanced. Bringing 'fallow' time down from 1hour to approx 20mins in between each practice thanks to a minimum of 6 air changes per hour.

Very satisfied client, which has led to further works on a number of Dentists in the North West 🤝

On site at Manchester Dental this week, installing Heat Recovery Ventilation to serve 4no. Surgery rooms.

At present, once a practice has been carried out, the surgery room has to be left for an hour before the next practice.

After installation of the HRU system, with at least 6 air changes per hour, the 'fallow' period reduces to 20 minutes.

Thus allowing more patients to be seen in a given day.

Fresh tempered air in, contaminated air extracted.
