We were starting to melt in yesterday’s heat… so we 'scooped' up a solution.

An ice cream van on site gave everyone the chance to chill out, 'cone-nect' with colleagues in the sunshine, and enjoy a well-earned treat. Proof that sometimes a little pick-me-up can go a long 'wafer'!

Safe to say no one was left feeling 'vanilla' 😄

What a day at Clerkenwell Design Week.


From early conversations around façade strategy to in-depth discussions on passive fire protection, it was great to see such a strong focus on collaboration, compliance and buildability across the industry.

We were proud to support two fantastic engagements throughout the day:

➡️ Taylor Maxwell Clerkenwell – a brilliant showcase of façade materials and systems, bringing architects and manufacturers together for practical, specification-led conversations.
➡️ Material Source Studio with Ash & Lacy – an insightful session on how early collaboration with manufacturers helps protect design intent, strengthen technical detail, and support Gateway 2 readiness.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to visit, ask questions, and share challenges from live projects. The level of engagement really highlighted how critical it is to move beyond brochures and have open, technical conversations early in the process.
