‼️We’re Hiring ‼️

We are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant/ Office Administrator to work under the supervision of the Managing Director but must be flexible and be able to assist other departments when required.

Must have experience working within an office and accounting/ bookkeeping environment with management experience.

Be responsible for managing the general day to day running of the office and such must be willing to do administrative and/or general tasks as necessary.

Reliable with the ability to work independently on tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

You will be responsible for meeting good housekeeping standards and working in line with our company’s accredited quality management systems and procedures.

Day to day tasks may include but are not limited to;

· Banking, processing and allocations to Sales and Purchase ledger using internal accounting and stock software

· Salary submission to external payroll and payments to staff

· Supplier invoices and payments processing

· Credit control- review and contact debtors

· Credit notes and other account related customer enquiries

· VAT returns via VAT filer software

· Month end and nominal reconciliation

· Business cost saving review and contracts (stationary/energy bills/utilities/ IT and Telecommunications)

· Assisting with order processing when required

· HR assistance to staff including holiday/ sickness management

· Be available to the MD for tasks required

Hours: Full time however we would consider part-time applicants fixed within our Office hours below;

9.00-17.15 Monday – Friday

Part-time hours: 36.25 per week

Salary Negotiable
