The Person
MUST have previous experience in Plumbing supplies sector and be passionate about running a branch teamed with a proven track record for driving growth, sales and profitability. Working with a talented and friendly team you will be able to inspire, motivate and build your team to help drive forward our company objectives. You will strive to build new and strong customer and supplier relationships and offer an outstanding level of customer service ensuring continuous customer retention. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and be a key part of a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
• Make commercial decisions to increase sales and profitability through business development and growth
• Build and generate relationships with current and new customers
• Expand and build on current supplier network, negotiate pricing
• Support, motivate, delegate and develop your team
• Organise logistics around deliveries, supplier and customer
• Review current and introduce new procedures where necessary
• Promoting an engaging attitude towards H&S and ensuring it is up to date with current legislation
• Ensure all regulations surrounding our Operating Licence are adhered to.
