Our inspector is key to ensuring our teams are compliant within their role and the works complete are to our high standards.
Responsibilities:
Will be tech monitoring works completed, updating records, monitoring teams performance, reporting to Managers and overseeing remedial works as required. May be asked to assist with team working on site and travelling where required.
You MUST have DEA and Retro Inspector NVQ, Full UK Driver licence for the Surveyors roll: Job description
Complete full surveys of properties to a retro inspector standard for cavity wall and loft insulation, completing paperwork and pictures as required. Complete EPC's as required. Computer use essential.
Both rolls are full time Mon-Fri positions and may involve travelling as required by the needs of the business
