Metal Repair Operative Vacancy – F-35 - RAF Marham

Morson Edge is looking for a skilled Metal Repair Operatives to support F-35 fast jet maintenance in a highly regulated aviation environment.
Working as part of a multi-skilled team, your day-to-day will involve carrying out structural repairs and corrosion remediation on aircraft components—ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and mission-ready.

Key details:
RAF Marham
20-month initial contract
Monday–Thursday (37 hours)
£21 PAYE / £28.11 Umbrella

What you’ll be doing:
Preparing metal and composite surfaces for repair
Carrying out drilling, honing, and reaming activities
Removing and installing aircraft fasteners and components
Applying adhesive bonding techniques where required
Working to approved technical documentation and maintenance procedures
Supporting wider maintenance activities within a collaborative team

What we’re looking for:
Experience with aircraft structures, tooling, and repair processes
Apprenticeship/NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) preferred
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
