This customers carport roof in Eccles had failed and some of the timbers had rotted due to years off water ingress. We removed the existing asphalt covering, boards and rotten timbes and replaced with new. We then used a flame less underlay and a torch on felt top layer. We also renewed the fascias and gutters and repainted the under side. If your carport or garage roof is in need of an upgrade get in touch 👍

On this job in Eccles we broke out a concrete floor which had sunk due to poor installation of the groundworks underneath. We replaced it with a timber floor along with air bricks to allow air circulation. If you have any issues with your internal concrete floors get in touch 👍
