Probably the most open and honest Pod Cast I've ever done.

Drawing on 25+ years of life and business, my recent recording with Martin the "Beyond Loyalty" goes deep areas we rarely talk about as business people.
Yes, I talk about Property and Construction, and yes, it wouldn't be me if I didn't give away some huge nuggets for property investors to learn from.....

But....

The property part (and this surprised me when I listened back) was only a rather small part of the whole.
We talked more about :
Being an Entrepreneur and how that feels.
The things holding businesses back.
Resilience, loneliness, Mental Health.
Happiness, The Future, How to Cope.

It becomes quite deeply personal at times, not something I intended.

I hope there is something in it that resonates and helps anyone who listens to feel a little better.
