We’re delighted to be working once again with Astro Blue Properties and AET Construction on their latest project — an exclusive five-bedroom new build dwelling located within the Hulme Hall / Swann Lane / Hill Top Avenue Conservation Area, Cheadle Hulme.
The project looks to revitalise a long-neglected plot - once home to a small Victorian dwelling - and restore its presence in keeping with the area’s rich architectural heritage.
Our role involves refining and developing the approved proposals to enhance internal flow, maximise light, and create a sense of modern family living that complements the Conservation Area setting.

We worked with our clients to reimagine their Victorian property into a modern family home.

The project included:
🏡 A triple dormer loft conversion, creating a new master suite with walk-in wardrobe, en-suite, and woodland views.
🌿 A complete redesign of the front garden to provide parking for two vehicles.
☀️ A contemporary garden room to the rear, connecting the home to its green spaces.

The result is a home that respects its Victorian character while meeting the needs of modern family living.
