Due to continued growth and new client partnerships, Sustainable Traffic Solutions Ltd is looking for a motivated Contracts Manager to join our hardworking, dedicated, family-run team.

💻 The Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

CAD design work, pricing, and project costing

Working with Excel spreadsheets and data management

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Experience in Chapter 8 traffic management and surveying works

Liaising with local authorities and managing permits

Managing contracts and ensuring smooth project delivery

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a similar role is essential

CAD knowledge/skills (preferred)

Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets

Knowledge of job costing, pricing, and highway permits

Strong organisational and communication skills

Flexible, proactive, team player and must be over 25

As we reflect on the year, it’s incredible to see just how much we’ve expanded — far more than we ever expected at the start of it.

We’ve been fortunate to bring on some fantastic new staff and clients, and we’re excited to continue growing together into next year.

With a new senior manager starting in January and hopefully moving into new, bigger premises within the spring, 2026 is already shaping up to be an exciting year for us.
