This Men’s Health Week (15–21 June), we're supporting the theme "Men and Pharmacy" and recognising the important role community pharmacies play in helping men access healthcare.

At Rigg Tech, we're committed to promoting the health and wellbeing of our workforce. Community pharmacies offer accessible, expert advice on everything from minor illnesses and health checks to physical and mental wellbeing support.
Many men put off seeking help when they have health concerns. Speaking to a pharmacist can be a quick, convenient first step towards getting the support and guidance they need.

This Men’s Health Week, we encourage everyone to take a proactive approach to their health and make use of the healthcare services available in their local community.

Now six months into his apprenticeship, our first apprentice is thriving and making the most of the opportunity he has embraced.

Balancing periods of onsite practical experience with residential, classroom-based learning is no small undertaking, yet Will has quickly established himself both at college and as a valued member of our teams.

Throughout his apprenticeship, Will has had opportunities to apply newly acquired skills across our operations, working under the guidance of some of the industry's most experienced and respected professionals.

Watching his development month by month has reinforced exactly why we introduced the programme. Apprenticeships are about equipping individuals with essential skills through high quality training and enabling them to put those skills into practice with the support and mentorship needed to succeed.

With our second cohort now enrolled, we are continuing to invest in the future of the Group and look forward to sharing their progress in the months ahead.

We did it!!!!!

Well done to every one of our team and wider friends who took part in the Manchester 10K for Blood Cancer UK yesterday.

It was a fantastic effort from the whole team, and we are very proud of what everyone achieved.

A great day, with credit to the organisers, and to see so many family members and friends coming out to support along the route. The atmosphere and encouragement made a real difference when it got tough.

As we wrap things up, there is still a final opportunity to make a last push for donations, so please donate via our page if you can.

This Sunday 31st May Manchester hosts The Great Manchester Run, and we are well represented.

Twenty Three members of staff are swapping PPE for their running attire and taking on the 10K route of the event.

Our chosen charity is Blood Cancer UK, which is a rock for many people battling with the disease.

Last week the UK had heavy hailstone showers nationwide, a sign that the transition from colder to warmer climate is in motion.

This mix of warmer, dryer days, shocked by period of heavy rain and cold snaps, dramatically known as weather whiplash can really uncover building envelope imperfections, leading to integrity issues and resulting in operational complications.

Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week with Daina and Emma heading out to see our operatives on site. Equipped with baked supplies the guys chatted with everyone on site and ensured that everyone felt Monday positivity.

Daina took the chance to introduce herself as the company Mental Health First Aid representative, while Emma managed to gather valuable insights into working site procedure and how we promote positive application of training.
