Indutrade Announce Acquisition of Ellard Ltd Feb 2017

Swedish group INDUTRADE has acquired Ellard Ltd, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of motors and accessories for all types of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Doors. Indutrade is a rapidly growing group, consisting of over 230 companies with a combined turnover in excess of £1 billion and is listed on NASDAQ, the Swedish Stock Exchange.

Ellard Ltd, approaching a £10 million turnover, was originally formed in 1952, predominantly selling Sliding Door Track systems. In the late 1990’s Ellard diversified into the Door Drive sector and is now a well-established and trusted supplier.
2013 saw Ellard secure exclusive distributor rights for the UK and Eire to sell gates and barriers from the well-known Italian manufacture V2. From its new base near Manchester Airport, Ellard has seen significant growth in its sales and is now the largest supplier in the UK. Announcing the acquisition Ellard’s Managing Director, David Lewis, said.

What a day! ⛳

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Ellard Promax Invitational at High Legh Golf Club.

From breakfast and a tour of Ellard HQ to a fantastic afternoon on the course, it was great to spend time with customers, partners and colleagues while raising money for a fantastic cause.

The day was filled with great golf, some healthy competition, and finished with an evening of food, drinks and prize presentations.

Most importantly, together we helped support Alder Hey Children's Charity, making the day even more meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the event such a success. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
