Our recent project completed in Barnton, massive transformation to this patio area.

We were called in to lift the existing sandstone patio as it was holding water with it falling towards the house, k render was all starting to come away from the retaining walls and all the copings and steps had become loose and dangerous to walk up.

Aco drains installed around the full perimeter of the patio.

100sqm of grey porcelain paving laid

40mm natural slate copings installed

Steps reconfigured and an extra step added to make them all equal

Oak sleeper planters installed and flagged around with 3x2 concrete slabs

Render knocked off on retaining walls, ready to be re rendered with a silicone render

Copings pointed with black mortar and slabs grouted with carbon grout.

Stay updated for completion pictures once all retaining walls have been rendered and outdoor lights have been installed.

All brickwork toothed out to create a neat reveal for the new window to be fitted to.

We are now all complete over on our Wilmslow project for Contact Joinery Ltd

• Rear extension has now all been rendered

• Side porch has had the roof completed

• 2 brick piers built at the front of the drive ready for electric gates to be fitted.

• Brickwork retaining walls and steps built in rear garden

• 90 sqm of porcelain paving to create a raised patio area.

This project will soon be ready for the client to put on the market. It’s been a massive transformation since we first started.

Internal wall knocked out, padstones and steel fitted to create an open plan living space. The existing lounge ceiling was also framed out, plasterboarded and plastered.

Decoration all completed over at Moulton, ready for the floor tiles to go down this week then it will be all completed.

This has made a massive difference to the property creating a much more usable room as appose to the old and tired conservatory that was there originally.

We had a busy week last week over at our Lach Dennis job.

Existing garage roof removed, brickwork built up by 6 courses, new timber roof formed and boarded, new facia and soffit. Knock through done and steels installed.

Roofers are booked in for the weekend to lay the rubber.
