Although I am not Jewish, this evening I felt compelled to attend the Vigil in St Peter’s square for the people of Israel and the atrocities they have faced over the last few days.

It was reassuring to hear so many people from different religions and political parties all speak in unison to condemn the barbaric actions of few but still pray for peace.

My thoughts are with all the victims, their families and friends. Hopefully sense will prevail and a peaceful resolution can be negotiated.

BIMTech are proud to be supporting through sponsorship during their battle to get back into the professional football leagues.

Bury fc has a rich vein of history in the EFL from establishment in 1885, getting promotion to league 1 in 1895 and winning the FA cup in 1900 & 1903. During their history they have moved up and down the leagues, but more recently most will know they were evicted from the EFL in 2019 (a promotional season) which got discussed in parliament where the EFL were accused of not properly supporting Bury fc and not following their own rules.

Now 4 years on Bury fc are back albeit in the North West Counties league (9th tier in the EFL), and they are dead set on rising up the leagues back to where they belong.

The local support is tremendous as last nights attendance of 3,500 goes to show.

Bury fc would appreciate any businesses or individuals to support and join them on their journey.
