Property is not always a bed of roses as you do get this kind of thing from time to time. It’s not that things have been stolen, it’s the hassle of and time that goes along with it.
Chances of catching the 🔔 🔚s are very slim. 😤

At Focused Developments we source properties that are suitable for residential development for Buy-to-Let, Buy-to-Sell or commercial-to-Residential conversion.

We oversee the development process, locating suitable developments and identifying the right landlords for the properties, PLCs, Professional HMOs or potential Social Landlords.
