We believe engineering is about more than the products we manufacture. It's about investing in the future by supporting the communities around us and inspiring the next generation.

We were proud to sponsor the Rotary Club of Irlam's School Leavers Project, providing 270 mathematical instrument sets to Year 6 pupils across nine local primary schools as they prepare to take the exciting step into secondary education.

Every great engineer starts somewhere, and we're proud to play a small part in supporting young people at the beginning of their journey. If this inspires even one student to pursue a career in engineering or manufacturing, we'll consider it a worthwhile investment in the future.

Not every fan leaves our factory fully assembled.

This direct drive centrifugal fan was delivered to site in sections so it could be safely lifted onto the roof. Once everything was in place, one of our service engineers rebuilt the fan ready for the client.

Fair to say it wasn’t the coolest job to be doing in this week’s heat! ☀️

Whether it’s in our factory or on a customer’s roof, our team goes the extra mile to get the job done.

This is the first video in our new educational series, where we share practical insights and over 45 years of engineering expertise from the RHF Fans team. The series aims to provide useful knowledge to help engineers, project managers, and end users make informed decisions about fan selection and better understand the role of industrial fans in their systems.

6:00am - 3:00pm (11:00am finish on Fridays) OR
7:00am - 4:00pm (12:00pm finish on Fridays)

RHF Fans, a leading industrial fan manufacturer, is looking for a Fabricator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing, even with minimal experience. We're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn, as full training will be provided.

✅ Duties include:
• Tacking fan parts ready for welding
• Grinding and handling laser-cut parts
• Quality checks and reporting defects
• Housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment
• Supporting the manufacture of industrial fan components

✅ What we're looking for:
• Keen to learn and develop new skills
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working with machines and computers
• Able to read measurements and use templates
• Good communication skills
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential

There is also the opportunity to progress into machine operation as your skills develop.

Behind every industrial fan is decades of engineering knowledge.

Much of that expertise sits with people like David. As a second-generation member of RHF Fans, he has played a key role in shaping the business, from developing smarter systems and software to improving our manufacturing processes and how we work behind the scenes.

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing more of David’s knowledge and insights through a new educational series. Through short videos, we hope to help educate the next generation of engineers and support a better understanding of fan selection, system design, and long-term performance.

Last Friday, we celebrated 45 years of RHF Fans with a party at our factory in Irlam.

It was a chance to bring together our customers and suppliers, but most importantly, it was an opportunity to celebrate the people behind RHF Fans and their families.

For 45 years, our team has been at the heart of everything we do, ensuring every fan is designed, manufactured, and delivered to our customers around the world. Their hard work and commitment are what make RHF Fans what it is today, and we couldn’t be more grateful. 🧡

P.S. We hope everyone is surviving this week’s heatwave. We’re certainly very grateful for office air conditioning right now! ☀️😅

Looking back through the highlights, what stands out most is the people (and furry friends!).

From catching up with long-standing customers to meeting new faces from across the agricultural industry, it was brilliant to spend time with so many people who share a passion for the sector.

Events like Cereals are a great reminder of the strong community that exists within the industry and how valuable it is to step away from emails and phone calls to connect face-to-face.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand and helped us celebrate 45 years of RHF Fans.
