ROSE lending a helping hand this summer! 🏖️🌞

You may have spotted us down at our much-loved little beach in Manningtree…

On behalf of Manningtree Town Council, we were delighted to help get the beach summer-ready by topping it up with a whopping 60 tonnes of sand (SRC Group) - just in time for sunshine, seaside fun and plenty of memories!

It may be small, but this little beach plays a big part in the community - hosting events throughout the summer and providing hours of fun for families enjoying the warmer weather.

Now all we need is the sunshine to stick around! 😎🌊

The Oar-some Roses are ready to race! 🌹🚣‍♀️

On the 6th of June, the Rose team will be taking part in the Brave Futures Dragon Boat Race at the Ipswich Waterfront, raising money for an incredible charity doing truly life-changing work.

Brave Futures provides specialist support to young survivors of sexual abuse across Suffolk and Norfolk. Sadly, demand for their services continues to grow, meaning every donation will help support children and young people in rebuilding their futures.

We were delighted to support Highfields Primary School by donating construction-themed equipment to enhance their KS1 role play area 👷‍♂️

With branded signage, hard hats and high-vis vests, the space has been brought to life - sparking creativity, imagination and plenty of future builders in the making!

“The equipment has made a fantastic addition to our learning environment and has already made a real difference. The children have absolutely loved it and it’s been wonderful to see their enthusiasm and imagination come to life.”

We’re proud to announce the delivery of our Thundersley development, brought forward in partnership with L&G’s Affordable Homes division.

This fantastic scheme provides 44 high-quality, sustainable homes for the local community - including 35 for shared ownership and 9 for affordable rent, helping more people take that first step onto the property ladder.

Even more exciting, this marks L&G’s first zero regulated carbon scheme - with air source heat pumps, solar panels, EPC A ratings, and homes designed in line with the Future Homes Standard.
