The countdown is officially ON! ⏰

Our very own Keeley is being let loose on Mansfield Radio for a WHOLE WEEK! 🎤🤣

Starting Monday 19th October, tune in every morning at around 10:20–10:30am to hear what she’s got to say!

Now, anyone who knows Keeley will know she’s cheeky, loud and certainly not short of a word or two! 😂🙈

She’ll be chatting all things Dacol Engineering, with a few other bits thrown in for good measure!

As we head into our 50th year of Dacol Engineering, we thought we’d give Keeley a microphone… what could possibly go wrong?! 🤣🎙️

So grab a cuppa, turn up the volume and tune in to Mansfield Radio!

Before our very own Keeley takes over the airwaves on Mansfield Radio for a whole week, commencing Monday 19th October, talking all things Dacol Engineering, she’s making a little appearance elsewhere first! 👀🎤

Tune in to Mansfield Radio this Friday at 8:30am, 12:30pm and 4:30pm, and Saturday at 8:30am and 2:30pm to hear Keeley making an appearance on Deano’s Stags Roundup! ⚽💛💙

🎙️ From music videos to the radio… there’s no stopping her now! 😂

Our very own Keeley is heading to Mansfield Radio this Wednesday to record a special piece promoting Dacol Engineering. 📻

Some of you may remember Keeley making her music video debut in The Reytons’ “A Busker’s Paradise” 🎸🎬… well, apparently that wasn’t enough fame for her!

Next stop… radio! 😂

If you’re a Mansfield Radio listener, you may have already heard Dacol getting a few mentions. But keep your ears peeled over the next couple of weeks, when Keeley’s piece will be played throughout an entire week.

And the timing couldn’t be better, as this October sees Dacol heading into our 50th year in business! 🎉 A milestone we’re incredibly proud of and one that makes it even more special to be getting the Dacol name out there across our local community.

Keeley will be talking about Dacol, what we do and the people behind the business — and hopefully spreading the Dacol name a little further around Mansfield and beyond.

A customer recently contacted us after discovering that their saw wasn’t running correctly and the shaft assembly had become loose.

After inspecting the machine, we agreed to manufacture a new shaft and replace the bearings. At the same time, the customer ordered a replacement belt from their usual supplier.

When we delivered the newly manufactured shaft and bearings, their response was:

“Wow—we haven’t even received the belt yet!”

Another example of Dacol Engineering delivering quality components with a fast turnaround, helping to keep our customers’ machinery running and downtime to a minimum.

THE MACHINES BEHIND THE MEN

We’re always proud to shout about the people behind Dacol Engineering… but what about the machines behind them? 👀

Our shop floor is home to some seriously impressive kit:

⚙️ 2 x Haas VF-2SS
⚙️ Haas VF-3
⚙️ Haas Super Mini Mill
⚙️ Haas ST-20
⚙️ Haas ST-25

From milling to turning, these machines give our team the capability to produce high-quality, precision-engineered components for our customers day in, day out.

But as impressive as the machinery is, it still takes the knowledge, experience and skill of the people operating it to get the results.

So we thought it was about time our machines got a little bit of the limelight too! 📸

⚽️Networking, football and a familiar face at the Stags! 💛💙

On Thursday, Russ headed over to Mansfield Town Football Club for a brilliant 250 Club networking event.

The 250 Club is a fantastic way for local businesses to get behind the Stags, while also bringing people together to make new connections and support businesses across the area.

We had a great evening networking, catching up with familiar faces and meeting plenty of new ones.

And Russell was particularly pleased with his networking efforts… although we’re not sure meeting Lucas Akins counts as a new business lead! 😂⚽

As massive Mansfield Town fans, we’re really proud to be involved with the 250 Club and to see Dacol Engineering represented at the ground.

⚽ A proud moment for Team Dacol!

It’s no secret that we’re massive fans of Mansfield Town Football Club, so it was brilliant to see the Dacol name and logo going around the advertising boards at the ground on Saturday! 💙💛

There’s something pretty special about seeing your company name up there at the club you support. Safe to say, we were feeling very proud! 🙌

We love supporting our local community and local football, and we’re delighted to have the Dacol name on show at Mansfield Town.
