70 years is a long time, isn’t it? 🕰️70 years ago, there were no emails or smart phones, no Health & Safety at Work Act, and no standardised Building Regulations! And who knows what the world in 70 years will be like or what will last for 70 years, but the EPDM membranes are certified for a 70-year life expectancy by Süddeutsches Kunststoff-Zentrum (SKZ).🙌

Many contemporary commercial buildings are designed for a service life of 50-60 years, which means that specifying our RESITRIX® EPDM membranes or HERTALAN® made to measure pure EPDM system could provide waterproofing protection for the roof throughout the intended lifespan of the building. 🙌
