Last site visit of 2024 ✅ it was hard to narrow down the pictures of this project to show you all. On this sunny day the light shining through the Edge was stunning. Last few trades down there now finishing the final internal touches , and then the groundwork’s to get completed externally. Some landscaping has been carried out since my last visit so you can truly see the final vision all coming together. And I don’t think I Weill ever get over this view, feeling kinda sad that this might be the last time I get to go see this project!

Popped down to Strand house today on this cold December morning to see the progress.

Trades working hard to stay warm in this icy weather ( with some extra heaters ordered to help them 😂)

The tiling in bathrooms is complete by the wonderful .batten.ceramics , got our electrician from on site aswell, and the decorator from manor services.

This project is a refurbishment and extensions to a beautiful house looking over the bay of botany in Broadstairs, we are loving a seaside project at the moment.

On completion there will be a gym, a annex with a double bedroom and living area , utility room with a pet pamper area for after those muddy walks! And a amazing purpose built hidden wine cellar ( can’t wait to get pictures of this) and in the back garden a garden room is being constructed!

It’s going to look amazing and I can’t wait to update you further on the progress.

Little post to espresso how happy we are with the finished result of the new build Costa in Dover! Thank you again to all the teams who we worked alongside on this project , it looks incredible

BEC handed over the Costa Coffee project in Dover today. We would like to say Thank you to all subcontractors and suppliers who worked alongside us and assisted us in this project, we was working alongside to bring this new Costa to Dover in Kent
