PCML, a leading manufacturing company in March, Cambridgeshire, is seeking 2 Assembly Operatives to join their team on a Fixed Term Temporary Contract until April 2025, with the possibility of extension depending on additional contracts from customers.

*All training will be provided, and reduced working hours are available if required*

Ideal Candidate:
- Willingness to learn and take on board new skills
- Correct attitude and flexibility in work
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently
- Follow detailed instructions and specifications
