Here we have a project that we have been working on in Ramsgate. The client asked us to remove the old run down conservatory and build them a bigger more usable room which would be their new kitchen and dining area. We managed to get everything down and built before the weather turned. The roof was fully replaced and the client had new solar panels front and back to help their energy usuage. This was carried out by . We also fitted new black fascia’s and soffits all round to match the new style of the property. Internally the client has had a wonderful lounge, dining and kitchen area created with a lovely media wall area and stunning kitchen supplied and installed by .

After all the dust has settled we returned to complete the outside patio area and ground works to finish off everything. We installed some lovely porcelain patio slabs with discreet slim aco drains to help prevent water build up.

Here’s a project we’ve been working on over in Deal. We turned this outdoor space into a nice tidy low maintenance patio area. We carried out all the drainage and sub base preparation. We then supplied and laid the patio and used a resin grout for easy future maintenance and durability.

This project over in Birchington was off the back of the kitchen and dining room alterations we carried out earlier this year. They invited us back to give them some ideas on how to make their entrance and small current porch more usable. So we removed what was there and increased the size slightly added some more windows to let more light in and also installed a new composite door. To go with this we added some cladding as details to the sides which colour matched the door and complemented the whole porch. This has transformed the front of the house and added some extra space for those boots and shoes. The flooring will be next and flow through the hall area to meet the new kitchen. Here we created a lovely outdoor area for our client to relax and enjoy those summer evenings. Made from solid oak using traditional joinery methods this will blend in naturally and stand the test of time. We added some composite decking to keep maintenance to a minimum and some hit and miss panels to the upright areas to help with the breezy weather. We’ve been by busy behind the scenes and promise to get more pictures up off the Broadstairs project that we are working on. But for now here’s a little bit more of an update on our oak timber building we are currently working on between projects. All hand crafted using locally sourced sustainable oak. This has been a tough project over the winter months but we are soon to get the roof done and some drainage. Also in the coming weeks power will be installed by UKPN so we can get some wiring installed.

We can carry out all types of building work from internal restructuring, extensions/renovations and also full new builds.

A few more shots of our oak timber frame project we have got running. We made a start on the external cladding and have got it ready now for the slate roof to be installed. Once that’s done we can get the windows and doors ordered and get the drain work wrapped up. This is an ongoing project that is in several phases this is the first part leading on to a full domestic new build later on.

Whilst our Birchington project is being plastered we’ve managed to get some more brick work completed and get the building wrapped and ready for the next steps. Hopefully now the weather is better we can get some drains installed and get the roof fitted. A quick update on our project over in Birchington. Now the weather is back on our side we’ve managed to get all the props removed and brick work finished up. The aluminium bifold doors are installed and just need some final adjustments and trimming and they will be completed.
Inside we are now insulating and plaster boarding the walls ready to make a start on the plastering this week. is scheduled to make a start on levelling the floor this week too. The kitchen from is being delivered next week and then hopefully we can hand it over to them to get the installation underway.

This week we returned to a project over in Herne Bay to get this clients extension water tight. We have supplied and fitted these UPVC double glazed doors and windows. Hopefully just in time now the cold weather is really kicking in and allowing them to get the inside all finished off. We can supply and install UPVC windows, doors and rainwater goods including fascias and soffits in a variety of colours and finishes.
