As part of the hallway redecoration, we carried out repairs to the newel post and spindles, restoring the detail and finish to complement the overall transformation. 🛠️

Another great example of quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Good luck today, Isabelle! ❤️🏃‍♀️

Today my amazing daughter is taking on her first half marathon! 🏅

Over the last few months, Isabelle has worked incredibly hard, putting in the training, dedication and determination to take on this challenge — all while raising money and awareness for a great cause.

As her Dad, I couldn’t be prouder. Watching you set yourself a challenge and work towards achieving it is something special.

Today is about enjoying the experience, believing in yourself and remembering how far you’ve come.

You’ve got this, Isabelle! 💪❤️

If you haven’t already, please show your support and sponsor Isabelle. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference.

Good luck, sweetheart. Go smash it! 🏃‍♀️🏅❤️

Well, I have always feared social media, and selfies.

So trying to relaunch a public profile.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I’m the Director of CT11 Construction Ltd. Throughout my career, I have led the successful delivery of construction and refurbishment projects valued at £2 million and above across the commercial, industrial, public sector and residential markets.

Starting my career at the age of 15, I have built a reputation for delivering complex projects safely, on time and within budget.

My expertise spans project planning, contract management, commercial awareness, risk management, CDM compliance, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest professional standards.

I successfully managed multidisciplinary teams, coordinated specialist subcontractors and maintained collaborative relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners throughout every stage of a project.

I’m driven for Health & Safety, mental health and helping others.

fully bespoke cupboard designed and handcrafted to fit seamlessly within an existing kitchen, incorporating a built-in chalkboard as both a practical and decorative feature. The interior was carefully planned to provide efficient storage for larger household items, including buckets, brooms, and cleaning equipment, creating an organised and functional space while complementing the existing kitchen design. This was built within CT11’s workshop and installed today in Sheen.

CT11 are in Birchington today, fixing leaks, testing the system, before we start to replace the flooring .

Customer was miss informed of the core cause of the damage to the flooring and said it was a build up of condensation.

However on closer inspection, there is a clear indication of leaks from several places.
