Latest project over the line for Summit Platforms at their East Midlands depot

First phase was to floor saw and rip out existing dished kerbs and replace with heavy duty aco channels.

Second phase was the installation of a new silt trap with accessible lids and a Klargester separator in the wash bay area with a high alert alarm when it needs emptying.

New dished curbs also installed, all falling to the silt trap and therefore into the tank

New manhole cover lid installed as previous one had broken down and was causing issues with drainage.

All in all a busy 3 weeks

Work on behalf of in Stoke

Demolition of a 72m long dwarf reinforced wall with feather edge boarding and barbed wire up top

New footings dug, reinforcement steel mesh cages installed along with L bars and flooded with the good old grey stuff

🏏 Wheaton Aston Cricket Club 🏏

We were lucky enough to get the contract to remodel the outdoor space for this cricket club.

The old decking and slabbing was removed, a perimeter double skin wall installed and a new 130sqm kandla grey porcelain patio laid

An access ramp and a set of steps were created and the perimeter wall is awaiting some balustrade to comply with building regs.

Happy with how this has turned out considering the weather we have been up against

All wrapped up on this concrete repair job in West Bromwich for Summit Platforms.

Approximately 285sqm broken out and replaced with structural fibre concrete

Existing sump lowered, now meaning the wash down area drains away properly.

K-form shuttering used to create the relevant falls from existing slab down to sump and makes for a much more manageable pour.

Edges bullnosed and a brush finish applied

Customer came to us wanting to widen his entrance and give the old weathered look a new lease of life

Cobble setts have been used to create a double boarder around the perimeter and inbetween the pillars for some added character.

The lads have dug roughly 175m from the garage to the gates for a new electric supply, cat 5/6 cabling and intercom system.
Whilst we had a trench open we also threw a water pipe in for watering the plants, saving the customer walking with numerous watering cans!

Coping stone were from The Garden Factory Shop and finish the pillars off lovely

Gates supplied and installed by The Automated Gate Company

All in all very happy with how this has turned out.

We started by ripping a 50m x 3m x 1m trench ready for Hawkins Drainage lads to come and drop their trenching machine into
A separate trench was also dug for the flow and return pipework back to the plant room

Following that, the lads have installed the ducting and groundscrews ready for the solar panel framework. This array boasts a 20kw system along with more panels installed on the existing roof

Ashwood House boasts a large upper garden area with views out across the valley.

We have used 150mm x 150mm limestone setts set within granite kerbs and edgings to create this stunning entrance.

One of our projects from earlier on in the year

Our client had an existing double wooden shelter exposed to the elements with a decent size, unused garden behind that wasn’t being used to its full potential

We have managed to slot this 9.1m x 6.6m garage into this dead space which has enabled them to have more secure storage, parking spaces and a much more useable area behind the garage as well

Internally we have fitted:
A corner kitchenette with a hot water tank
New fuse board
2 x ceramic radiators
Hex LED lighting
Fully insulated loft space

Another concrete repair job boxed off down in Hatfield for Summit Platforms.

Existing slab had cracked, had no proper drainage and need some assistance.

We installed some heavy duty F900 acos which we tapped into an existing gulley and used K-form shuttering to divide the slab into two manageable pours.

Dowel bars chemically fixed in and rubber sleeved for load distribution across existing slab

In and out in 3.5 days to make sure the yard could operate at full capacity 👊🏻
