We recently completed the installation and commissioning of a BEB17/5 Elevator Hearth Furnace for a customer in India, tailored to their specific process requirements.

Here's what the system delivered:

→ 1700°C maximum operating temperature (1650°C continuous)
→ MoSi₂ heating elements on all 4 chamber sides for exceptional uniformity
→ 400mm DC motor-driven elevator travel for smooth, controlled loading
→ Inert atmosphere capability (gas inlet fitted)
→ Independent 3216i overtemperature protection — safety built in
