We’re Growing and Looking for a Skilled CNC Miller to Join Our Team

It’s an exciting time here at MJ Engineering Limited. With new projects and continued investment across the business, we’re on the lookout for a Skilled CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator) to join our talented team in Market Harborough.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident programming, setting and operating Fanuc control CNC machining centres, and ideally has some manual machining experience too. If you take pride in your precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail - you’ll fit right in.

This is a full-time, day-shift position (39 hours per week) - ideal for an experienced engineer ready for a fresh challenge in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

MJ Engineering Limited's first SR-38 Type B sliding head lathe is now in production at their Market Harborough facility following a comprehensive setting and operating training course delivered by Applications Engineer Ben Hellier.

The new machine will support the production of a wide range of complex, precision-machined components for a high-performance engine. Previously manufactured using fixed head machines, this strategic investment will significantly increase MJ Engineering’s production capacity, operational efficiency and technical capability.
