New breathable membrane,new 25x50mm treated batons and all new grey flat tiles to match as before

Old existing felt and fascia removed and cleared away

*New OSB boards installed
*Full replacement fascia in white

Finally finished with all new
Rubber surface to finish it off

Roof we completed last week for a lovely Customer we have worked for previously
This was a big project that took a lot of time and craftsmanship to get complete to a high standard

* old tiles,batons and spray foam insulation removed and cleared away
* new 4x2 bolted timers to existing to strengthen the roof structure
*new 100mm pir insulation fitted to the inside of the rafters with 50mm fitted between and 50mm airflow
* new breathable membrane,treated 25x50mm batons
*new dry valleys front and rear with all new tiles in farmhouse colour finished with all new dry verge,dry ridge and all new leadwork

Also all our re roof comes with building control inspections and sign off of all our work to current regulations

Roof we started this week removing all the solar panels due to Leaks through the panels revealed the damage caused by solar fitters
So we are completing a new roof for this lovely customer
